UVALDE, TEXAS — When the dust settled at the Cactus Jack PRCA Xtreme Bull Riding, there was no debate about who owned the weekend.
Noah Lee didn’t just win it—he outlasted it.
In a format that demands consistency across multiple rounds, Lee was the only rider who handled the pressure from start to finish, covering all three bulls and finishing with a 265.5-point total on three head to claim the 2026 title.
That’s how you win bull ridings the old-fashioned way—you make the whistle every time.
Only Two Riders Go the Distance
This wasn’t a night where guys stacked scores—it was a weekend that exposed who could stay on.
Only two riders managed to cover all three bulls:
- Noah Lee – 265.5 on 3
- Dustin Boquet – 260.5 on 3
Boquet stayed right in the fight all weekend and put together a strong run, but Lee’s consistency—and a clutch 91-point ride in the final round—was the difference maker.
After those two, the leaderboard drops off fast. That tells you everything you need to know about how rank the pen was and how tough the setup became as the weekend progressed.
A Rank Pen and a Real Test
From Round 1 through the Short Go, this was a pen built the right way—from the top down.
Danny Reagan of United Pro Rodeo Company served as the producer and Contractor of Record for the Cactus Jack, and he made sure the very best bulls were brought to Uvalde. To do it, he didn’t rely on just one string—he brought in top-tier contractors from across the industry to build a pen that could stand up anywhere.
Stock Contractors included Stockyards ProRodeo, Penthouse Pro Rodeo, Legend Rodeo Stock, Rafter H Rodeo Livestock, New Star Pro Rodeo, Pete Carr Pro Rodeo, along with United Pro Rodeo.
Scores were there early, but as the rounds wore on, qualified rides became harder to come by. Riders who looked strong early found themselves hitting the ground when it mattered most.
You don’t luck into winning an event like this—you earn it across multiple rounds.
